Can I get a Spec Sample?

SPEC SAMPLE: $35.00 per color, per location + price of item. (example: 3 color full front sample would be 3 x $35 = $105.00 + shirt/$14.35).

If order is placed within 15 days of invoice date of sample for 48 pieces or more; we will credit the order the spec sample price (minus the item price).

 What are the artwork requirements?

Artwork is a very important part of getting your shirt done just the way you want it. Great artwork = a great shirt. There are many types of files we can work with, but the files that will provide the best quality for printing are vector files.

Vector Files: Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
Also acceptable are high-resolution bitmap images. With these types of files, we recommend at least 300dpi.

Bitmap Files: Adobe Photoshop (.psd), JPEG Images (.jpeg), TIFF Images (.tif)
If you’re file doesn’t meet these requirements we can help. For an small additional charge, our designer can work with your image to prepare it for printing.

What is Minimum Qty you will print?

When ordering screen printed apparel, it’s important to keep in mind that the cost of printing goes down as the quantity of shirts goes up. That means that big orders are a lot more cost effective for you. Our minimum order for screen printed apparel is 18 pieces (of each design).

How much are your set up fees?

Set up fees apply to first time run of (the design) only they are $ 35.00 per color/per location.  Example 2 color front and 1 color back would be 3 (setups) x $35.00.  All repeat orders there are no setup charges.

What is your turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time for screen printed orders is 2 weeks + shipping time. This is an estimate and starts when the  order is finalized – all designs must be approved and apparel and sizing chosen & deposit made.

If you have a specific deadline, please advise us as soon as possible. If it is needed with a short turnaround time, rush order fees may apply if we can accommodate the Rush Request.

Can I mix and match shirt styles/brands?

Absolutely! If you are printing the same design & same size design on all of the apparel, you can mix and match the style of shirt. For example, if you are printing a 1 color design on 18 pieces of apparel you can print on 8 t-shirts, 4 tanks and 6 hoodies.

How do I keep my price down?

1 - Prices per shirt decrease as quantities increase, so the larger your order equals per piece savings!

2 - The apparel you choose to print your image on will have an effect on your overall price. Apparel available ranges from economical to premium, so be sure to choose something within your budget.

3 - Try to keep the number of print locations low. Instead of printing something on the front AND back of the shirt, just choose one location.

4- The number of colors being printed on your shirt greatly affects the price. If you’re printing a 6-color image but can get the same results with just 3 or 4, that will help decrease your final price.
